Anyone who has tried a Cobra XL in a Sportster? Does it fit?

I had Cobra Roadster 7's in my Sportster and they only just fitted. I've not tried the Roadster XL but their website shows them 6cm wider so I doubt if they would fit.

The distance between the frame and tunnel is 46cm at the front end, same as the seat. Further back it's wider so I think there is room enough. As I understand the rake of XL is more upright.

I had the same as Peter and the problem is that the transmission tunnel widens the closer you get to the dash and that is what restricts the forward movement of the seat. I am short and the seat only just came forward enough to reach the pedals.
Also it was very fiddly trying to unbolt and refix the seat frame in place due to the lack of room.
