I would love to go Nick but already have other plans including collecting the wife's new car. Friday is the best day to go even though there is a premium price to get in, £30 I think. Always lots to see and not too busy on Fridays.

A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to go - I said yes...
He got the tickets...
and then told me the price.
£28 if pre-booked.
And then there's parking and food/drink to pay for, and something towards the petrol. Hey ho, you only live once, can't take it with you etc and I enjoyed it last year!

I took out an annual subscription on one of the magazines I buy most months and got a free GP Legends bag.

I was happy enough with the reduced price subscription and the saw the GP Legends stand with 'my' bag for sale.

They were willing to do a 'show special' price of £199!

Just googled and can get it for £195 so £48 is still a good price : http://www.195mph.com/bags-c9/grandp...bag-small-p506

Suddenly I have a new best bag.
