New lenses much better.

I have just noticed on the DNA forum the Daytona 365 project starting up, really interested in it but for some reason I can't find out how to post there.

Also the dash /interior is done, a couple of cars have them in and are at the trimmers
They got window winders that work on micro switches , so you get the look of a winder but operates the electric windows
Should of got a video of it working but didn't!

I would love to have the knowledge to be able to fit a set of more retro instruments into the existing Z3 binnacle, not the whole dash just the binnacle and maybe a couple of extra instruments in the centre console. Problem is I'm crap at electrics so would need a wiring diagram to work from. I presume airbags, abs eat dash lights would also have to be kept for MOT purposes.

The blue one looks fantastic ...top job ...

I see a Daytona is on the cards , does this mean DNA are now primarily dabbling in the retro scene rather than the modern exotica ?

Yes that's right , the classic scene is booming! They are also easier to develop and have a longer shelf life.

Daytona on the cards as well....I don't suppose you will be selling bumpers, front indicators, dash mouldings separately will you? Will need them for my Daytona rep (an old Robin Hood body)

Brill, I scrapped the TR7 in the end (too far gone) and am basing it on a TVR 350i instead. Was going to try and make the indicators lenses myself but will be good to see what you come up with. Will definately need the dash moulding though as the Robin Hood only came with a dash top moulding which sat over the TR7 dash. Do you have the bumpers to make GRP ones from as I have the original solid bronze bumpers that came with the kit which could be used to take moulds if you want, once the surface has been smoothed off.

John
