Sorry to Ericholm for not replying to email yet, ringing is a better bet at present due to workload etc.

Is delivery included in the price of the Kit ?

Delivery to most of mainland UK is £190. Andy was unlucky with his damage (investigation ongoing) as we have not had any delivery problems like this (misplaced or late but not damaged) before. Kettle is not a problem, clean cups are another matter!!
Nice wheels Andy. Did you get your sills ok?

Speak to MWS, they do custom drilled 52mm splined adaptors for £84 per corner, and they do a nice range of two and three eared spinners to suit -

Do check with them that they'll fit your Jag wheels before ordering them though.
Very jealous of those wheels btw, bit of a bargain at that price.

Yes- note that the 52mm does NOT refer to anything you can measure on the wheel. It's to do with the bearing on the axle (MWS told me).

Nice to meet you Andy and I hope you sort the adapters. I planned to put Vredestein Classics on these as they seemed to be in keeping with the period but took a different route with the wheels on my MX.

turns out going off the code on the rims they are Aston martin not jag as we thought fitting wise its the same. hubs on order will be here Friday 87 quid each ouch. anyone bought some plane spinners as in not having jaguar carved into them 52mm 8TPI. jag spinners on a bmw that's trying to be a Ferrari that would cause a few tuts. lol

I bought my plain spinners from MWS at the same time as the adaptors. Could be had a bit cheaper elsewhere but MWS ones are guaranteed to fit.

On the bright side, my Aston adapters were £120 a corner.
With luck though, someone else on here should take the,
M off you at cost. Jag wheels seem more prevalent and can cope with modern torque

coil overs and wheels but no spinners
fitted the coil overs today I would have liked it a lot lower at the back but its set at the lowest. front is about spot on but until the wheels are changed and have driven it round the block to settle I not know the finished hight.
hubs and wire wheels are ready to go on but I am waiting on the spinners but I had to do a trial fit , well you would wouldn't you

need to work on the rear off set
front wheels fit the arch for hight grate the back is sticking out a good 60mm plus so I need to get around the off set. I think the easiest way is just to flare the top of the arch.has anyone else come across this and dune anything different before I get the angle grinder out.

Bill Dutton ("Plastic Porsche" forum name) has come up with a way of narrowing the z3 rear axle 22mm per side using different hubs and discs. Have a look at the "250swb wheel information" tread. Or you could just split the arch all the way round with a grinder, leaving the bottom edge attached, and pull out at the top to cover them. Does Look great on those wheels btw.
You will find that the TA Technics rear springs will settle a little with use. You can remove the adjusters, as long as you fit a spacer inside the spring to centre it on the seat.

thanks I have seen that on the forum some time ago about changing some of the rear end. I think the split arch is the way to go it will give it a more aggressive look and add a few more curves.

look away if your squeamish
I have split the top of the arch and pulled them 50mm so the top of the wheel is just proud .

DSCF0071.jpg
I measured a block of wood and propped it open using the shocker as the support
DSCF0073.jpg
gaffer tape on the rear of the arch just to give the glass some support till it hardens

3 lairs of 600 gram latter
DSCF0079.jpg
mans best friend a good bit of body filler to smooth over
still needs some work but its getting there, looking down the side front to back it reminds me of the old mk2 jag with the flair on the top of the arch
