How did you reduce it down to that (reasonable) size?
I manage the kb limit ok but not sure how to change the physical dimensions...

If you click on the photo's on by blog and open them in a new window, you get the huge picture. That is the link I originally copied over. I then copied over the smaller version that is displayed on the main blog page itself. Not too sure if that'll help you though.
