Default Mystery Kit Car

I saw this vintage sports car/kit car today...not sure what it is or who made it. Any ideas? It appears to have real Magnesium wheels and a quick change axle.

It looks more like a 60s/70s race car. My first thought was an Elva. The front is similar but there were so many small volume one-off sports car makers at that time.

Is that a chain drive rear axle?

Not a chain drive...the driveshaft yoke is visible. Its a cool looking sports car with some neat parts!
