Default no MoT for pre 1960 cars!

So it seems that the earlier Herald based Sammios (like '66' if I'm remembering right) will only need a simple change in the log book!

Shame it's not pre '73 manufactured cars like most of ours will be.

TBH I'm not at all sure I'm for this change if there is NO testing/checking at all for pre-60's cars?

I know that the vast majority of owners are very hands on, but not all of them.

It's also a bit annoying that they now have 2 classifications for Classic and historic. One for Tax exemption and one for MOT exemption. ho humm
