Default 15 or 16 in wheels ?

Hi everyone . Just about to buy my wheels . But which is better the 15 or 16? I really don't know which to get so finding out some if your opinions may help .

I put 16" on mine. See the thread titled air pressure. There is not much clearance mind.

Think it depends on what sort of section tyres you plan to put on. If you're looking at period tyres for the GTO I'd suggest 15". of you're looking at lower profile tyres you could have bigger wheels.

Ive gone for the 60s look, smaller wheels with high profiles. See Hammys 60s racer

Having run 15's, 16's and 17's on various MX5's I would have to say that 15's with higher ratio tyres give the best ride and handling.
