Default Kit Car Novice

This is my first kit, but quite suppressed how much work is required to get the boot to fit. Had to cut 5mm off front edge now need to do loads of building up where the latch is as there is a 10-15 mm gap. It will require quite a lot of filler on the top surface to match the rear clam 😩

I hear you. Doesn't take much to get the alignment off. I felt like i had mine mocked up really well and after bonding/bolting on the rear body, it was off again haha.

The beautiful about fiberglass is that there are endless possibilities to adjust and align.

Good luck on the build!
