Builder info needed, pleaseeeeeeee

Hi all,
We have aquired a kitcar recently and would like to know more about its origin.
It is a Spartan (obviously)

with a Ford 2.0 Cortina engine, Triumph front running gear in Light metallic blue, reg FAV636V.
