Looking great, well worth the time you are spending to get a superb finish. I love the way you have blended the screen flange in the shell, maybe you could give us some idea of how you achieved this. Just collecting ideas at the moment in readiness to start building. Will have to have doors on mine tho as getting to old for getting my leg over!!!!!

first bond it on with some sicaflex and hold it in place with self tapping screws, after this has had a few days to set remove self tappers and replace with some 5mm counter sunk nut and bolts, then i just blend over with a filler.. hope this gives ya some idea
|

things moving slowly here carpet fitted, just waiting to pick the seats up from the trimmers..had some wonderfull hand made seats for my sammio. and matching head rest, and side`s......im not gonna say the price but just shy of £800 for the seats alone....dont tell my mrs......will post picks soon as the seats r here....all lights and number plates fitted just waiting for seats and then MOT time....thanks for asking dave

Sounds cool! I'd heartily recommend some form of head wear for the b-road blats, flys in the mouth are one thing, but i never realised how many kamakazi head butting flys there are

side panel fitted with homemade aluminium boss for seat belt,oh i also made a matching hand brake boss...saved a few pennies

Nice colour combo - dark red with a tan interior. Those seats look very nicely stitched too. Are they leather?
