It is looking great, I've always loved the restrained styling of this model. How do you do the chroming? The bumpers look like fibreglass. Do you somehow have these chromed? or get metal copies made? Or cast in bronze or aluminium or...?? Always wondered and would like to make bumpers and other chrome bits for my one-off designed car too.

My car is finished now, just a couple of bits to be put on , then it a polish and grand unveiling at stoneleigh , might not be any photos now till stoneleigh

The screen has a chrome scuttle moulding and chrome finishing strips to give that illusion.

Really interested to see the chrome in real life - was the grille surround done the same way as the bumpers?
