Really depends what your looking for?
A. Total speed machine?
B. Classic replica?
C. Open top or hard top?
D. New build or a ready built?

Welcome buy the way, what facilities do you have access to? Maintaining some kits can be a bit of a full time job but enjoyable nonetheless. Have to say I'm biased towards the Ribble offerings for obvious reasons, I know they do undertake customer builds and Andy who owns ribble would probably dwarf you? And his sort of fits.......

Whatever you choose welcome and hope we can help.

Mac

So by the sounds of it your looking for something with performance and handling then, soft top? Open top? Hard top? Does it need to be road legal?

It might be worth checking out the Tribute forum for a blend of the modern and classic if that is what floats your boat. They are rebodies rather than total kits so none of the IVA/SVA issues.

Mine is a 2.8 BMW donor that now looks similiar to a 50's sports car. It still has the performance and handling of the BMW though (plus air con and heated seats).

The skinny wire wheels instead of the standard fat alloys make tail out fun possible at less illegal speeds and although I am sure it won't set records at Nurburgring I bet it would be fun!
