Default Bonnet Style ?

Whilst googling images of Sammio's to get some ideas , I found this one .
it looks like a German bonnet with upright headlights fitted.
The caption said it was an Ashley bonnet ? I'm doubting that personally.
Anyone cast any light on it ?
My money's still on a German bonnet. The distinctive shape at the bulkhead can't be the same as an Ashley surely ?

Hi,
The following photo is of one of the original 'German Bonnet' Sammio Spyders. The mould was unfortunately in such a bad state it was unusable and was destroyed. Hope this helps.

Hi El primer

Funny you should put this picture up. This was an old customer of Gary's mixture of a German bonnet and an Ashley combo. The funny thing was , is that Barry claimed that the bonnet was distorted and asked for his money back.

He even threat end Gary with court action , but he bought the bonnet knowing that it needed work hence it was cheap . But in Gary favour, Phil put this picture up after visiting Bary's house and put it up on the forum. Bingo he used the bonnet after all . after claiming he didn't.

I know Gary tried to resolve this with Barry, but he just wanted a full refund for the bonnet. Gary never wanted to sell the bonnet in the first place , hence the mould was twisted , but Barry wanted the bonnet anyway.

Anyway i am sure ive bored you enough by now
