[QUOTE=WorldClassAccident;46237]Just googling stuff and sotted this

Seperated at birht ?

The BMWZ8 looks good from that angle. It doesn't from any other though.

I agree about the Z8 being good from few angles. I saw one at the Wilton House Classic Supercar Show and was quite surprised how different it looked to the magazine photos. The Alfa 8C was another big disappointment as that actually looked ugly with a huge and disproportionate nose.

Just back from running the Big Bike Bash and got photos from Chris. I am going to just post them all up as they arrived. I am heading down there next Saturday so should add a bit of commentary then.

Just a few words from Chris taken from his email to me " Increased the height/curve of front wing tops, cut in bonnet vent glass everything together in readiness for filling. I have decided to prep everything to a visually finished state and then pull the mould straight away, as I really like how it's shaping up and it will also allow me to produce a good set of panels to go back on your car rather than a lot of bits all stuck together and filled."

So if anyone likes this they may want to talk to Chris about more than one set coming out of the mould...

I am loving it from the pictures. Really looking forward to seeing it in reality.

I was worried that keeping the standard doors and hood would really clash and ruin the lines but it looks like Chris has pulled it off

Just me loving the back end to?

I reckon the bulged front wings work really well with the hip bulges.

Nick made the trip down to the workshop on Saturday, he seemed pleased with the way the shape of the car was going . The moment he left I took and angle grinder to his boot lid...

and then carried on cutting and shutting the A352 rear panels to fit the Z3...

The 3rd brake light will be going, although it is quite nice....

I have to go and pick up the bits that are left over next weekend. I have bumpers, lights, chrome inserts, wheels, tyres, rubber roll over bars, interior plastic from behind the seats. All to go to ebay.

Also need to shift a mercedes CL 500. I had someone lined up until her insurance quote came in at over £2000

Looking very nice. I do like the Frankenstein effect prior to glassing and the end result afterwards. Knowing Chris, you've got a good looking car to emerge from the workshop
