Default I'm new, be nice...

...Hi guys and gals.

I've been a biker for 20 odd years, with the occassional decent motor chucked in (best was a 911/964 RS lightweight).

No more though, family means no more money ha ha.

I'm in the process of getting over a big accident at Brands at the begining of May (left ankle broken in two places, compound left AND right femurs, right wrist, right thumb, left hand. All at 20 mph in the pits ).

I'll put up x-rays if you like

So, I'm never getting back on a bike again, and am thinking about building myself a track car, so thought I'd sign on. I built my bike, why not a car?

All the best

John

Hi there - welcome aboard.

As for the injuries ( ) - how did you do all that in the pit lane? Bike go over on you? Hope the bones knit quickly!

Stone cold slick spun up on something (gravel/damp patch maybe dunno), highsided and fired me into a big plastic wheelie bin, then the steel pit fence, nasty!
