Default zr 160 Calipers

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with using the zr160 carriers and the normal mgzr calipers as they look almost identical and the standard calipers fit the zr160 carriers fine, so do the pads??

Just thinking that it would be a really cheap option as the zr160 carriers are so cheap from Rover

I believe this is not possible.
ZR160 carriers move teh calipers out further to suit the larger discs.

Hi Grant! Yeah I know as they are on my car now but out of interest I put the 160 carriers on with the standard calipers and there was no differance or none thaat I could see anyway and the calipers are more or less identical!
