Wink MOC:Best in Show

Simon is too modest to post it up here, so I'll blow his trumpet for him!
His Cabrio won best in Show on the Marlin stand on the Sunday.

Come on Simon, post a pic of your car and its trophy!
You/your Cabrio deserve it!

Mike

Thanks Mike - it was a very pleasant surprise and I really wasn't expecting to win anything !

Assuming we get some sunshine this weekend I'll try and get a few photos taken of the car with its trophies.

Thanks to all at the show for the positive comments about the car - it's very much appreciated !

Cheers

Simon

Congratulations on winning Best in Show award, well deserved!

Sorry we didn't get to meet at Stoneleigh. We arrived a bit late on Sunday (because I was still finishing my car on Sunday morning!) and went for tea to warm up when we arrived. I think you must have left when we got back to the car?

Due to popular demand (well Mike that is...!) I've uploaded some pics to my Flickr site:

For those of you more interested in the car, I've also taken some more photos today. It was a bit overcast so I hope to take some more shots in a few weeks time when hopefully the weather will improve.
