Default Z3 Door help

I've removed the drivers door with no problems, just a bolt on each hinge, the check strap and the wiring plug. Just a little lift and it easily lifted off.
Now the passenger door is fighting me, removed the same parts but it will not lift off. Had a pry bar on it along with a big hammer and a trolly jack underneath but it will not lift off, any ideas?

I'm tempted to unbolt the hinges from the door itself but am worried that it will take ages getting it lined up again when refitting.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions apart from a bigger hammer 'cos I've already tried that!

For everything that I've found that's stuck or rusted to hell, Halfords shock and unlock spray is genuinely amazing. Spray it on, leave for a few seconds then give it a wiggle/knock/twist. I've found its better than plusgas for removing stuff. Might be worth a try if something has siezed.

Got the bugger off, had to remove the hinges from the door, top hinge just lifted of bottom one is still stuck on the pivot and will not come off. Opens and closes fine bur=t just cannot remove t so it will be painted in situ.
