Default spraying your wheels

hi i remember reading somewhere when you are prepairing and painting your wheels it said take off the tyres to spray the wheels naa if its any help to anyone this is what i have done for years all you need is a tyre bead breaker can be picked up cheaply take wheel off let all the air out break the bead away from the rim front and back do all you sanding and prepairing blow any dust off place newspaper under the rim both sides spray or paint the wheel let dry take off the paper inflate the tyre and replace this way you dont have to pay to take of and put back on + if you take a tyre off you should have it rebalanced hope this helps someone
