Registering a tribute

Is there a thread on here on how to register a tribute/mx250?
Anybody done it recently?
Did mine ages ago and can't remember.

I filled mine out and sent it to the DVLA with a receipt from Chris for the kit and some before and after photos including a photo of the chassis number and had the new V5 back within a week.

The DVLA does seem to be getting more efficient and helpful.
