LED Aux (?) Lamp Worrisit

I have been given a round 4 3/4" LED lamp. Possibly New Mini auxiliary.
3 led units 2 with 1 'square' 1 with 4 'squares' . Indicator, side , fog? It has a 3 pin non reversible plug. Question, What is it? How do I wire it?

Hi Red, On the reflector is :- 02A 024F3 PL (in circle)E25 9029 DOT SAE P F QI.
on the side 194.701-01 PE1 LH. I will try and photo it. I'm not sure what to use it for, but I want to see if it works first! I tried negative to the ally heat sink back and positive to each of the 3 pins and nothing happened. Having seen what happens when you connect an LED the wrong way I stopped at that. My knowledge of electronics ends in the 1970's when they stopped having mechanical distributors.
