Hey mike got any photo's yet of the 4 speedsters your building for the German chap?. Also I'm desperate to see some photo's of a spitfire with your speedster body fitted as I think when I get around to building a car I would like to use a gt6 as my doner. will this work?

I would like to see some pictures of the Spitfire kit too. Before I order.

You are building 4 cars for the same person? Eh?

I think some pictures of current projects ( like Ribble posted last week ) will be a great PR lift for yourself and your company.
The German cars - are they LHD or RHD ?
Has the shortened Spitfire version retained good proportions?

Hi Pj , yes i will get some shots up in the next day or so. The german cars are staying Rhd as asked.

I think the Spitfire version has worked out very well and still keeps its longer front .

sounds interesting. I am an open minded guy and would like to see the Spitfire version please as soon as you can , if you can.
How does the frame differ?
A shot or two of the frame would be good too.

Also , the German cars ? All LWB or some SWB ?

What I am asking Mike is could you spare me 10 mins. to take as many pictures as you can so I can get a good feel of your operation.
Please only pictures of your workshop and not your sprayshop.
Ribble Cars were kind enough to do this last week as requested and I feel I have a good idea of how they operate now.

Sorry for the delay , i will get some picture s up in the next day or so .

The new Spitfire body i think hasn't lost any of the Longer front , its worked out very nicely
indeed. With its integrated dash giving strength, and allowing the customers choice of style of trimming.

We also supply a metal frame as like we do with its bigger brother, and also comes with Grp dropped floor pans as standard.

You will in a standard kit
>Get one piece body shell
> Bonnet and doors doors
> Screen and frame
> Grp dropped floor pans
> Bolt on to chassis frame , to take a standard Triumph spitfire fuel tank
and centre tunnel frame allowing position for hand brake.
>
All of this is standard with the kit and at costs of £1,850.

We can do good delivery prices if needed.

Pictures to follow .

Barry , Mike is very busy at the moment with a whole load of stuff happening. I am sure he hasn't forgotten , just time is tight right now.
I read in an earlier posting you aren't far away and were considering a visit to Miglia anyway. Why don't you go see the project in the flesh ?

Well, having spoken with Mike it seems that my Spitfire based Miglia is almost ready, so I expect Mike will post pictures up in teh next few weeks. From that he will be able to guauge interest I imagine, with a view to possibly putting it into production.

It looks like it is already offered as a 'Short End' version on miklias eBay listing, so it must be finished by now. Developing photos at Boots can take a while I hear.
