I'm really looking forward to seeing how this project progresses next year as I think it has the potential to be very special.

Have a great Christmas all!

The expression "mad as a box of frogs" springs to mind!

Well gotta keep the dream alive otherwise I was wasting my time taking out £7500 loan over 3yrs for the build. At the mo got a project on making a floppy shed into a stronger stiffer summerhouse. Giving a stronger skeleton with 3x3 posts all the way round and thicker a frames. Ready for the 3 weeks of summer :-)

My sister bought a fence panel shed on the cheap and its starting to leak so i have the job of finding ways to make it stronger and air tight to be used as another sitting room away from the 6 cats and 3 dogs at my mothers place.

I think the main thing in the build in the mx5 based build is getting the rubbers from the hardtop transferred to the door frame so its water tight. Don't seem to be available at the moment

Dear readers . The 7.5k is a loan i took out to purchase a car and get it ready for the build and a set budget was set for set work. Having purchased the car and driven it for a short time it required work on the cooling system and gearbox so a loan was taken out to help get these fixed and funds for the build plus some extra to enhance handling and some rusty bits. Ps Chris your doing a great job. Theirs a light at the end of the tunnel :-)

I have messaged Tribute on a couple of occasions regarding importing an MX250c to the US. Can't seem to get a response. Did he bite the dust or is he just not interested in selling his kits in the USA?

Default Yes , how are things?

They did a great job on the 250swb.

But I'm wondering if there will be any progress now or in the Future,
with this project. I hope it will ,I've a mx5 waiting.

Use of the swb and other Italian design ques may eventually be used. As mentioned before I'm keen for the use of zagato lines to be in the mix as well. So possibly something masserati and Ferrari. Hopefully be making a visit to drop some parts off this month if all goes well. Headlights /front and rear bumper/tailights/side repeaters/ just the grill shape and vents to sort .
