Talking Donington 2012!

Looks like Dony is on the cards for 2012. See Link.....no details yet other than the date (1st and 2nd Sept), but if it is like the 'old days' with track access this was a great show.

Sounds Great, would be fantastic to have Donington back on the calender. I will be there, especially with there is track access.

Could make a good meeting place. Especially if there is track action.

It sounds really great. Is Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September 2012 are confirmed for it?

Unfortunately no track action, speaking with Ian Stent the cost was too much. It may be combined with a round of the 750MC Kit Car Championship which CKC Mag sponsor, in which case there will be kit cars in the hall and racing kit cars on track.

If you want to do a Donington Track day and I would certainly recommend you do, the best rates are to be had through Focused Events. I organised one day there last year and with a group discount we got the full GP circuit of £117 per car. The most I paid was £149 in Mid August and that included a pit garage.
