Default Nova kit car chassis

Hi i was wondering if anyone can help, i need help on what other chassis i can use for the ova kit car, iv given up trying to find a beetle chassis iv been searching for a while, im contemplating making a spaceframe chassis would this be the best way.
any help appreciated

Hi Jp,

How much do you want to spend?

At the low end of the scale, there's a spaceframe chassis made by Rorty as a direct replacement for the Beetle. You can buy the plans from them. Pm me if you're interested & I can send you some info.

Higher-up the scale, I'm using a modified Lotus Europa chassis under mine. It was done by Spyder Engineering for about £2,600 (bare chassis only) iirc:

what is the problem with your chassis, you can replacement panels to repair almost any part from any vw supplier or a brand new chassis from vx heritige at birgess hill sussex
