Default MX250 landrover Wipers help

Hi. I’ve ordered the landrover spindles and chrome wiper arms but what do I do to get the spindles onto the current wiper mechanism ?

You need a couple of extended couplers like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HEX-STUD-...ZMeQ:rk:2:pf:0

Screw a bolt with the head cut off on to the other end and attach your landy spindle. I can't remember the thread size.

Have you got any pics, i cant picture how this would work. Im guessing the couplers would need to be different thread sizes as the spindle only has a very small hole.

I welded mine. A nut (with the correct tread to fit on wiper box) a small length (spacer) of tube and then the Land Rover wiper part. Easy !!

No pictures, but I seem to remember taking the oversized thread and grinding it fit the spindle.

I got an m8 connector bolt, welded a short length of stud on, then filed the protruding end to fit the landy spindle. Will get pics tomorrow
