Fourth hole from the left is not central. Remove all the nuts and bolts, patch or replace the hole, re-drill and refit.

Well, today was bright and sunny, and I had fallen behind with log storage.
Luckily, and friend of mine rang up to tell me a small tree had been blown down in his garden. Just what I wanted to hear!
I took my chainsaw round and had it in logs in no time, it was the best exercise I had since leaving hospital. It was very satisfying, and I feel great.
I did not think to take pictures so you will just have to use your imaginations!!

Bloody hell Paul!!

That gave me a really good laugh! Well done.

I would like to think it looked like that, but reality probably was a bit more mundane as it usually is!

Default XKSS windscreen

I have re-started to work on the Morris Minor rear window and frame which will be turned into the XKSS windscreen.

I have been both looking forward to, and dreading this bit.

What I am about to attempt (in my view) IS do-able, but only just.

The measurement are very critical, and there is no room for error, hence my apprehension.

I HAVE to get this right first time, and having not done it before does not help much!

The blind leading the blind in the dark! (Least that is what it feels like)

It WILL turn out right, but I have to really get stuck into it.

Here are some new pictures of where I'm at:

I assume the pink handle is connected to the rake?

In this particular case, the noun rake, ( not actually an agricultural implement in this example) taken from the adjective "raked" meaning "to incline from the horizontal" or in this case the vertical, as in "raked masts" or if you will, "raked windscreens"
The pink handle you refer to is merely a simple prop in order to set and adjust the rake angle.
I trust this clarifies your wrongful assumption.

Is it a fixed or variable pitch prop?
