Hammy - I might be able to get a 3D print made of the badge and there are companies who will vacuum metallise or metal coat a 3D part so all is not lost.

I'll drop you a PM with my e-mail address for the file.

I will shortly have a 3D file of the Tribute badge so if any of you have access to a 3D printer I will happily share the file. I'll also post up some links to companies who can metal coat them for you.

Thanks Chris. Let me know how to pay you for them. They look great when fitted. Any news on the rims yet?

Finished up the mods to a primer finish today. Really suits the car and will look great with the roundels Stephen.

Default rounded edges

Chris at Tribune

Can I ask how you form the rounded (beaded) edges when you cut apertures into fibreglass as in this thread. (same question to mikmiglia)

I need to form a beaded edge to re-profiled wheel arches on my G46 I looks as thou you have inserted a former to the cut edge?

Any progress on the 250 you were forming around the TVR chassis that was looking really good.

Have you taken a look at Seanick's build thread? There are lots of examples of making edges beautiful in there.

Oxford

Thanks for the pointer, I had not realised how much he changed the kit, nearly chopped it up as much as our G46.

It is an excellent thread with great photos.
