It was good to meet you and I'm glad you are pleased with the kit.

It's always exciting when the first of a new type of kit is due for collection, and I am really pleased with the way the new rear end fits and looks now.

Please keep us informed of your progress.

tonyt - First of all, good luck with your build.

I'm building a Sammio Cordite on the forum section "next door" and love this photo...

It makes my front drive build area look quite normal.

Jokes aside, I do have one question / request for you...

I have bought very similar (if not the same) rear stop/tail & indicator lights.

Is there any chance you can take a picture from the other side to show how you have held them in place?

Cheers, Paul.

Hi Tony.

Looking good One concern is the position of the front numberplate , below the grille, I dont think you will have enough ground clearance once the kit is on the car

Keep up the good work and get that garage cleared out, long dark evenings are upon us.....

Can't you have the number plate above vents?

Day off today, raining! Still a fruitfull trip to my local scrap yard, all this for a £10 note, no Mondeo or Rover was safe. Lots of grill and vent options to consider. Noted number plate issue mine is on standard springs so may be ok if not a stick on plate above the vents will be the answer.

My original idea was a Mondeo ST grill with the surround painted black, think a chrome surround would be better, combined with the ST mesh.
