Default 15 inch wheels 4 inch pcd

Help I own a minion jackal it is the one in the gallery the maroon roadster. I have 13inch minilites on it at the mo but want some 15inch wheels. Does anyone know where to get them or how to get stud pattern adaptors to get to ford pcd as plenty of wheels available for them.

Cheers Gary
