May farm the body work out to the VW guy due to time, and just do the inside, hope to rent it out for summer.

Its 14 inch I don't think the bus has power stearing, but I fitted my dads other Moto-lita wheel to a series three Landrover, but I have other plans.

I was going to post if anybody can post a pic on how they did the top corner of the front where it meets the A pillar.
Yours looks quite tidy the way you have trimmed and filled it.

Its just chopped strand fiberglass and filler, think the key is to use a finger for the application, to get round the back as it were. Took the kit to the spray shop today for a once over, verdict needs more filling and sanding, still thats less I will have to pay him but more work/time for me.

Front grill fitting, glassed a couple of 6mm studs at the ends then cut, drilled and filed these, should pull the grill up to the body, and it can be removed if required.
