I’m building the 250 sub.
Back end is on. It’s having the exhaust system fitted at present with a monza cap etc. I’m doing it in sections so I can drive the mongral whilst in the middle of the build.
Not sure on tyre sizes yet. I suppose it will depend on the wheels I end up with !

Default Tribute Owners Lunch / Tea meet.

Sorry to hear that is grim 'up north' but thought there is just a chance you could be in the locality / visiting Tribute at Hurst Moreton and it might like to hear about a social lunch.

Owners Meeting

Saturday September 7th

Lunch at The Pelican Inn

Froxfield, on the A4 between Hungerford & Marlborough

We are welcome and booked from 11am with lunch at around 12.30pm

There are two spacious car parks, where we can have a drink and talk Tribute Cars.

Afterwards you / we can drive round a bit of Hampshire to the


Silk Mill at Whitchurch

for tea, overlooking the river Test, last orders 3.30pm.

If you are interested the Pelican Inn also has a room or two overnight on the Friday and or Saturday. We are staying there Friday night.

Datona Wire wheels, are excellent

Various styles , bolt on option, which eliminates the spline

I think they have an importer, possibly North Hants Tyres
There are other wire wheel manufacturers in the States Maybe Nostalgia

On the down side the the pound is worth nothing, When I bought them it was 1.98 dollars to the pound
