Default M52TU Engine Question

In the process of finalising all the ancillary pipes around my M52TU25 engine. I have what looks like a vacuum pipe coming from what I believe is the crankcase purge valve at the front end of the engine under the inlet manifold. Can’t find anything that looks like it on realoem.com but the Haynes manual shows it.
Trouble is I can’t find any indication on where to connect the other end of the vacuum pipe. Just doesn’t seem to be shown anywhere.
Any ideas? Is it possible to just ignore it?

It could be the fuel tank vent pipe but without a picture it's difficult to say for certain. Is a small nylon pipe?

I'm pretty sure that is the fuel tank breather purge valve.
I have a slightly different engine to you but I removed the valve and plugged the hose that goes to the inlet manifold.
