Default Donor Car Info.

Can someone offer advice please. Totally new to kit cars and looking at retirement project. I have purchased a Pilgrim Bulldog shell on a Morris Marina chassis. ( No reg. docs.) Can any one suggest the types of donor cars I could use (hopefully not too complicated) to enable me to hopefully be able to register the project with DVLA. Thank You.

I think what you mean is, the chassis was designed to be used with a marina donor. That is what you use. Contact the Bulldog club for more help. I believe it is not a complicated car to build. Good luck. Dave

Hi,
I don't want to sound negative but if it hasn't been registered you need to consider the problems associated with getting a kit car through IVA. It is a very comprehensive test and you must undergo it before getting a kit car registered. It costs £450 and here is a link to the manual http://www.marlinownersclub.com/foru...ent-IVA-Manual

Your other problem will be to acquire a Marina to use as a donor.

Best of luck
