Tribute 250 swb kalifornia
Anyone happen to know of a Tribute 250 kal that might be for sale either now or in the near future.
Looking to buy one but I don’t have the space to build one from scratch.
If anyone knows of one please drop me a PM.
Cheers
John

Thanks for all the responses.
I should probably clarify I am really looking for a light project here, so a car that is panelled up and road worthy that needs finishing.
I passed on one recently on eBay, a 2.8 that was on the road but needed painting and finishing, interior etc.. with hindsight should have probably bought that one but didn’t.
So something along those lines.

Hi,
This is a service that the guys at ClassicCoachWorks would be open to discuss with you.
They do kit only, partial and full builds. And have a 250 cabriolet that they built as a demonstrator.
They are currently moving business premises so been a tad busy but will be very open to a contact.
Thanks
Dave

It was on eBay, there were two at the time, one which was in red gelcoat, which is the one I probably should have bought and the other was a really nice looking car painted red, looked really good in the pictures but unfortunately it had been built on a cat C, which for me ruled it out.

Door gaps are the hardest part of the build, especially those front edges !!

Yep I thought so but unfortunately I was on holiday in the South of France when it came up and it was 200 miles from my home when I got back so didn’t have time to go down to look at it before it sold.
Such is life!

Check out ebay item 233390312733. Based around a very low mileage 2.8 donor. Looks to be a very well built example.
