Default who wants a proper engine & gearbox?

This is on Ebay now - a complete rebuilt Dino 246 engine and gearbox for GBP30,000 - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/246-Dino-...uC:rk:164:pf:0

wouldn't it be great in a Dino replica?

30k Would probably be most peoples top budget for a Dino replica let alone an engine but what a change from the Alfa v6’s and Lancia twin cams most have

Default engine

Hi all

Sad thing is 3 dino's are no more. Agree would make a great replica but spares are like rocking horse poo and when available cost £££££'s.
I remember years ago superformance used to have one as a door stop at the old place!!

Default Dino motor tables

Yes Ian! it is quite a shame to think of wrecked Dinos and Fiat Dinos - which often gave up their hearts for "Ferrari" Dinos or coffee tables. I have a Dino 2 litre motor and have thought of making a mould from it so I could cast replicas for people to use as shop displays and coffee tables. Better than wrecking the real thing!
Happy New Year
Ross
