Default Design process-MEV-Rocket body styling

I've been a fan of the Atom for quite some time, and always thought that a more affordable kit should be designed.

I think the new Mev rocket is the closest to this concept, and just for fun, I thought about creating a few body shapes over its chassis.:
http://www.mevltd.co.uk/rocketad.htm

Who knows maybe I could try to build it someday...

Would like to have your design feedback, on the various sketches I will be posting in the future.

Thanks in advance for your comments and critique
Cheers
Italo

As usual, looks great.

How about a smaller screen / wind deflector?

Saying that, the front end looks spot on!
Those lights look like they would work really well.

I like the idea of an inner panel in the driver / passenger compartment, showing the 'frame' off.

When can I have one?

Thanks Mark, yes you can have a smaller wind deflector/screen, and for the order.....we can work on that.

I'd also like smaller wheels - say 15" front and 17" rear????

I think you shouldn't have a problem in fitting those wheels, and they would be perfect for both, your track and road version.

What options or other models do you think this chassis can take?, I was thinking of a step in Coupe, what do you think?

I need everyones feedback for another design sketch.

What about fully enclosed bodywork, does the front lend itself to an enclosed F1 type front end something on the lines of the Enzo?

You never know...., but i don't worry too much about it, because if anyone wants to steel it, they can alter a few parts of it, and say its an original design.

I also have a very friendly Lawyer/solicitor...

Italo

I gotta say, I prefer the first one.

A less complicated screen & I reckon it would be a winner.

I mentioned the (C) following the post on a certain other site. My honest thought was 'the cheeky bar steward'

I like the look of the 2nd one (green one) over the others. Looks more purposeful.

I think the green proposal is less toy like and more sportscar, and i agree with you.

It will be more expensive to manufacture.....

Front and top grills look great and will allow down force to be introduced at the front. Would you invisage the doors to open including part of the rear fin.
Keep up the good work who knows I may pluck up the bottle to build one one day and test the market but I could do with a bit more feed back if anyone out there is willing to assist in my market research. Kind regards Stig Mills

First look, I though 'cute frog'.

No idea why, but it is certainly my least favourite.

Sorry mate.
