Default Engine bearings

Hi,

I'm about to rebuild the bottom end of my GT6 engine but I'm unsure what main and big end bearings to fit? There seems to be lots of debate about bearing quality and I was wonder if anyone has any experience or advice on bearing manufacturer or supplier...

From what I gather, the county bearings are the most common cheap bi-metal but may be sufficient for a standard low mileage engine application? Do I need to or should I consider more expensive bearings?

Any thoughts or advice welcome!!!
