Default cnc body work advice

Hi. We're just starting out on a new project for a custom built car developing the kit ourselves. For the body work we have the car designed in3d and access to large scale cnc machines allowing us to section up the body into about 4 pieces as the base for the mold of the entire body. We'll then stick them together to form the base body of the car to then apply the fibreglass to.

However as we're used to cnc work with metals etc we're not too hot on foam or other lightweight products. We're looking for advice from anyone who knows what foam based product would work best (and from a sensible affordability context) for cnc machines to develop the body shape.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts and advice.
