Default Wrong.........I know this one

I was thinking of exactly this myself after the short driveshaft came out of the dif and decided to add a ventilation system to the manual gearbox.

This alteration is not recommended by Marlin (or anyone else for that matter).

As for the answer, this is the new 5EXi -R-A, yes it had to come the automatic version. No doubt soon to be followed by the 5EXi - R-D

Personally I would have just removed the pedal completely, obviously removed after complete assembly then realised you had one pedal too many.

Must ask is it a 4 speed or 5 speed auto you are fitting?

Regards to all builders

We think it works but with out the engine running it is hard to tell (it is a bit on the heavy side)
Plus it needs to be stiffend a bit

Default Clutch Pedal Mk2

Here she finally is clutch pedal MK2...

After the first try at the hydrolic clutch conversion it turned out to be far to heavy to have any control over..

We went back to the drawing board and came up with another design , after much head scratching and fettling we finally have come up trumps with a real light and smooth controllable pedal...

Default clutch

That's a superb looking installation big-fella, I think it should maybe adopted by Marlin. I've been a bit lazy and stuck with cable clutch which is ok but not great (slightly heavy). I think one day I might convert.

Regards Brian.
