Stupid Question
Do the rivit nuts come in the kit.

You don't get any rivnuts in with the kit, marlin will sell you a rivnut gun and rivnuts, or you could get them elsewhere, they come in a range of sizes.

Default rivnuts

4,5,6,8mm , the floor panels use the most and are 5mm, I would purchase an assortment box and top up the most common used as required.

Am just pyscologically preparing myself for this kit-car malarchy. It seems to me that you'll have plenty of time to work out how many rivnuts you'll need.

One glance at the self-build websites, you'll see that you'll spend about 2 weekends tweaking teh alignment of the floor plate to get it aligned just right before you even plug the drill into a socket .... plenty of time to measure the linear length to be riveted and order a batch.

And thats just teh guys who rush their build!
