Default Inside Leg

I'm new here so hello.

After years of mulling it over I'm getting nearer to either building or buying a Westfield or similar. For my fiftieth my Daughter bought me a driving experience day during which I had some fun in a Caterham 7. What was odd was that to reach the pedals (and only just reach) I had to use a booster cushion. Not uncommon apparently

I have an inside leg of 29-30" so regarded as short in the trouser length but still 5'10" so by no means a dwarf. Am I likely to face problems with a Westfield. If so is it an easy fix by moving the pedals/seat?

Thanks in advance.
