Default chassis id? poss Nova

Is there anyone who can ID a chassis for us?
It was brought to us for shotblast and powder coat which we did and 2 years later it is still here. we need it gone and want to advertise it so we need to know what it is.
We think it is Nova for Fiesta running gear but not sure, can you help
thank you

Could do with some more pics which show the overall chassis.

Would say its not for a Nova though. Novas generally used the Beetle chassis plus the sides look to tall for the Nova.

Well I didn't think it was a Nova, and when you mentioned the Fiesta base the Sylva Jester immediately came to mind. Did a search on t'internet and came up with this page, which you can see has the same chassis.
