can any one identify this dino kit
It is cortina based

It's a RW Karma.

Ferrari Dino inspired lookylikey. If it's Ford based then it's probably got it's own chassis rather than VW Beetle based.

yup it has a box section chassis and mk 3/4 running gear
It is Registared as a Karma so I Guess your right
