Good evening , i took the SWB for an early MOT today and it passed! so have an MOT in place untill 22/06/20 . One item that i knew had changed from last year was that an ABS warning light had to be fitted and working , for those who have retained the Z3 instrument panel there would be no effect but if like me you have replaced the Z3 panel with separate gauges and warning lights it could be something to be aware of , Geoff .

Mine is registered as a 250 California, there are no details available to the MOT tester to say it has airbags so it passes. Could you get away with the same argument for ABS?
Sneaky!

Evening Steve the way it was explained to me was because the car still has ABS fitted then there should be a warning light , whereas there are obviously no air bags installed no warning light is reqd . It would be interesting to hear if others had had similar conversations with their MOT man Geoff .

I wonder if you could get away with a putting the warning lights you don't want to see in the glove box or similar?
The warning lights are there and are lit up when required but just don't ruin the dash aesthetics.

When I was turning my plastic bodied pre-lit Westie into an S2/3 Lotus Seven evocation I hid those warning lights which would otherwise have spoiled the retro look of my dash in the rev counter face, using LEDs. They were very unobtrusive.

Lovely set of wheels, sets it off nicely. Look like my MWS and the same tyre size too, from what I can see. Pure class mate.

Are they adjustable, look as if you could drop another inch or maybe 2.
just noticed the side windows are wind up, look much better.
What has been done to them?
New aide windows along with the rear window made a great visual improvement.

Nice drop with quality kit. The guys and gals on the Z3 forum love that combo.
I bet it drives better too ?

Morning i decided for various reasons to get non-adjustable but with 30m shorter springs , funny thing is comparing the photos it does not seem to different but does look better standing next to it . The side windows are a combination of the standard Z3 electric mechanism but with side windows and window frames cut to shape , this was all done by Chris at Tribute .
Molleur the tyres are 205/65/15 , thanks Geoff .

Eibachs give it a perfect stance, had them on mine. They do settle a bit so it will end up ever so slightly lower.
The dishing and offset on the wheels makes huge difference - looks spot on.
Have you done anything to the track on the front, I can't imagine those wheels would've gone under the arches on my Kalifirnia. Wish Grassbank had been around!
