Default Calling 1800 5exi owners

I am looking to upgrade my 1600 K to an 1800 K or maybe a VVC, although I would like to see the benifits first. I live in the South East so any owners who live that area could you make your self known to me for a potential test drive.

I do appreciate there are other engine options, but I am quite happy with the K series, and I do not want to do any mods to the car as I do not have the kit too.

Thanks Steve

Also, not sure what is involved with the other Marlin choice, the Honda 1.6 VTEC, 160BHP. Engine mounts etc should be available from Marlin. Not sure about driveshafts etc.

Would a 1.8 k-series turbo from the Rover 75 fit?

Yes! same mounts! I discussed this option with Steve a long long time ago as this is an option that some k series elise owners have done for very little money

I may have a 1.8 Honda DOHC VTEC Engine/gearbox/ecu for sale if that is of any interest. It has a full service history and some extra mods for further power increases. I was going to have it fitted in my 5EXi but change of plans.

If interested please can you call me during the day on 07753 987028.

Cheers

Ken
