Exclamation 5 Exi On E-bay....

Hi All...

Red crash damaged 1.6K Series exi on e-bay...just search under Marlin 5Exi and you'll find it. (P.S. Not mine!...I was just looking!!)

Auction ends in a couple of days but looks like a good buy for someone. Ad says it needs a new chassis...but if it's not twisted you may get away with welding on new sections instead....new front clam and rad......

Start price £4500!....I'm very tempted but I think 2 Exi's would push the wife over the edge!

They will be lucky to sell the car on ebay. Unless you search as we did for a 5EXI.

If I was considering it, it would have to be a lot less in price.

I would be very surprised if that sold for that much!

Be easier if you could replace the front section of the chassis.

Looks like the first one I every saw pics of finished.

Red & Yellow were the most common colours of the first few batches though.

Looks like it sold for £4450. Not sure thats a very good deal if the chassis does need replacing. Think I would have rather started from scratch as it will need rebuilding anyway.
