blooka - Welcome to the forum Dave.

Sorry I can't help you with the Herald bulkhead, but getting a replacement sounds like a good idea.

Because even though it is possible to go from this...

To this...

It does take a long time and a huge amount of effort.

Good luck, Paul.

PS
It would be nice if you could put some details / photos from your build on here.

Hi Dave, I have one from my one of my Triumph Vitesse, the floors pans need some work but the bulkhead is solid.

Just a note, I cut the top off, in preparation to fit the Ribble Pilot (abandoned project).

If this is of use to you, you can have it. Although collection would have to be after the 14th March. Located in Teesside.

Mike

Hi Mike, how much would you charge for a grp bulkhead? Does it have inbuilt floors and is it a direct replacement for the Herald/Vitesse one?

If I built another Triumph based car I'd either want a grp bulkhead or have the steel one galvanised as the whole thing's a rust trap.

Hi. We have a good one here that just needs a battery tray putting in. Floor pans are solid and ready to pick up. Give me a bell on Monday and we can sort something out.

Hi good morning,

Basically the grp bulkhead has front facing flat panels to do trimmed to cover the
front Out rigger. The one that comes out at 45 degrees.

But i now supply Grp floor pans front and back. With a strong 90 degrees flange
allowing you to bond an fix to you chassis. I will pm you some costs and of coarse look after you .

An absolute pleasure to meet you Dave. We are looking forward to seeing your build take shape. Give us a yell any time you need a 'guide'.
