In connenction to mike: He canceled the agreed order which i would pay...OK. Now i should go legal that he follow up??
I would never done that...
All other centence what you and other bring in is wrong.
I had never negotiated with him as reponsible for a claim..

Rene, I have read as carefully as I can and see no reason for you to continue this line of commentary on the threads in question which is why I have closed them. This forum does not exist to settle financial/contractual disputes or air them in public, this is for you to do privately.

We've been down this road before with a Ferrari Dino manufacturer and I'm not about to go down that route again.

I can't be any clearer.
